LCA Participating Communities

To compete for Livable Communities grants, a community must elect to participate in the Local Housing Incentives program established by the Metropolitan Livable Communities Act (LCA) as well as negotiate with the Metropolitan Council to establish a set of goals for affordable and lifecycle housing (PDF). There are currently 77 Twin Cities communities participating in LCA programs.
