The Housing Policy Plan (HPP) Work Group was formed to advise the Council on key housing issues, policies, and implementation options. This diverse work group brings together people from throughout the region, including local government officials, housing advocates, developers, communities of color, and other regional stakeholders.
The work group is meeting monthly to develop the region's first Housing Policy Plan since 1985. A draft of the 2040 Housing Policy Plan is now available. Learn more about the Housing Policy Plan process, and read the draft of the 2040 Housing Policy Plan.
