Historic Property Investigations and Evaluations


Phase I Assessment

A Phase I historic resource investigation was completed in 1995 as part of the development of the Central Corridor project alternatives. 

Phase II Assessment

A Phase II historic resource investigation was completed in 2006 as part of completing the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS).  

Supplemental Historic Property Investigations

The Supplemental Historic Property Investigations and Evaluations document properties of potential historic significance along the Central Corridor alignment. 

Programmatic Agreement Quarterly Status Reports

Evaluation and protection of historic structures potentially affected by the Central Corridor LRT Project are discussed in a Programmatic Agreement among the Federal Transit Administration, the Council, the Minnesota State Historic Preservation Office and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. The Programmatic Agreement is part of the Record of Decision
