The Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) addressing Construction-related Potential Impacts on Business Revenue was created by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the lead federal agency on the Central Corridor Light Rail project, and the Metropolitan Council, the local lead agency. The Supplemental Final EIS provides an update on the status of ongoing Central Corridor LRT construction-related business mitigation programs.
