Central Corridor Project Office Location

The Central Corridor Project Office is located at the Griggs Midway Building, 540 Fairview Ave. N., Suite 200, St. Paul, MN 55104

The Griggs Midway Building is on the northeast corner of University and Fairview Avenues. Enter on the Fairview side of the building by the Workforce center sign. Inside, take the stairs to the second floor or use the elevator on the left. (There is no easy access to the Project Office via the building's University Avenue entrance.)

Free parking is available opposite this entrance in the first lot off of Fairview and Charles avenues and on the north side of the Griggs Midway Building off of Fairview. Parkingis free for the first hour in the gated lot off of Fairview.

Overflow parking will be available in the Goodwill/Easter Seals building parking lot to the west. It is reachable via University and Charles avenues.

Handicapped parking spaces are available in the gated lot off of Fairview directly in front of the GMBC Property Management sign by a handicapped entrance. Directions for reaching our office will be posted inside this door.
