Years of planning and analysis have identified the Cedar Street route -- past Minnesota Public Radio -- as the best possible option for connecting the Central Corridor light rail with downtown St. Paul.  MPR’s demands to revisit the decision about the route would cost millions of dollars and create unacceptable delays. Central Corridor Light Rail Transit (LRT)

The Central Corridor LRT line will connect downtown Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul along University and Washington avenues through the State Capitol complex, Midway area and University of Minnesota.
