You are invited to learn how to fill out different application forms for local grants that help pay the cost of cleaning up contaminated sites often known as brownfields. Brownfield properties often are close to a high-quality workforce, good transportation, and transit.

We will present application instructions and forms for grant programs from:

  • Metropolitan Council
  • Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED)

Funding & deadline

More than $8M in grant funds (and low-cost loans) will be available this fall. Applications for the next competitive grant are expected November 2.
