The Metropolitan Council is receiving public comment on the Draft 2020 Transportation Unified Planning Work Program. The program outlines and documents the proposed transportation-related planning activities in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area for the upcoming year.
The Unified Planning Work Program
- Promotes a unified approach to regional transportation planning to achieve the region’s goals and objectives
- Documents federal and local transportation planning spending in the upcoming year
- Serves as the Metropolitan Council’s application for US Department of Transportation planning funds
To achieve a transportation planning process that best reflects the values of the region, we ask for your feedback on the draft program and related studies.
