The Metropolitan Council’s Transportation Advisory Board is receiving public comment on the Draft 2020-23 Transportation Improvement Program (PDF). The program includes highway, transit, bicycle, and pedestrian projects proposed in the Twin Cities metropolitan area in the next four years.
These are federally funded projects that will:
Build better roads that improve safety and include all forms of transportation
Improve highways, bridges and interchanges that enhance traffic flow and improve local access
Invest in transit to create a stronger system that supports our growing region and better serves everyone
Create community connections by developing and improving bikeways and walkways
Pop-up public meetings
Come and talk with us about transportation improvements in our region at the Mill Ruins Park at the entrance to the Stone Arch Bridge.

The Council will receive comments on the Draft 2020-23 Transportation Improvement Program (PDF) from Monday, June 24 through 5 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 9:

The Council plans to consider final adoption of the Draft 2020-23 Transportation Improvement Program (PDF) on Sept. 25, after the Transportation Advisory Board adopts it on Aug. 21.
