Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) will be hosting these events for city officials (elected and staff) on Thursday, May 24, 9 -11 a.m. at the Minnetonka Community Center, and Thursday, June 7, 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. at the Eagan Community Center to discuss MCES’ financial structure, budget trends and capital needs.
We are excited to introduce a new format for this year’s meetings: MCES staff experts will be available to discuss various topics including
the 2019 municipal wastewater charge and each community’s allocation
the capital improvement program

Inflow & Infiltration
water resources and monitoring
metering and collection systems
