2030 Transportation Policy Plan (TPP)

Adopted in 2010, amended in 2013 & 2014

The 2030 Transportation Policy Plan (TPP) was adopted by the Metropolitan Council November 10, 2010. 

The TPP was amended in April 2014.

The 2010 update to the 2030 Transportation Policy Plan references a number of transportation studies. Studies were conducted collaboratively, with representatives from Mn/DOT, counties, cities, regional transit provider, and related organizations.
