Project Description

Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES), operator of the metro-area wastewater collection and treatment system, is making sewer infrastructure improvements in the City of Burnsville.
Construction is anticipated to occur between mid-April and October 2019. The work will occur at two sites:

  • Open cut excavation and sewer lining at locations along River Hills Drive, between Highway 13 and North River Hills Park.
  • Sewer lining at Parc Drive and Burnsville Parkway

The work will require road closures and lane closures, and other typical construction impacts such as noise, dust, vibrations, and 24-hour pumps for the aboveground temporary wastewater conveyance lines.
