Governor's Blue Ribbon Committee

To examine the Metropolitan Council’s structure and service

Gov. Tim Walz has established a Blue Ribbon Committee (PDF) to examine the structure and services of the Metropolitan Council.

The committee will specifically examine:

The committee will meet every two weeks on Mondays from 2:00–3:30 p.m. The committee must submit a report with its findings and recommendations to Governor Walz by Dec. 31, 2020. Watch the meetings live.
