The Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SDEIS) is being prepared by the Metrpolitan Council and will be available for review in the spring/summer of 2024.
It will clearly identify potential benefits and impacts of the project. It will also outline potential ways to avoid, minimize, or mitigate any negative impacts. Once it’s published, the public and agencies will have a 45-day public comment period to review and give feedback. Comments received will inform next steps and commitments to avoid, minimize, and mitigate potential negative impacts.
