The Amended Record of Decision (AROD) is the conclusion of the environmental process. The AROD document is prepared after the Supplemental Final EIS and reiterates the findings and mitigation measures now incorporated into the project.
The Metropolitan Council received the signed AROD from the Federal Transit Administration on August 11, 2025. The AROD includes the Final Section 4(f) Evaluation. The Metropolitan Council plans to consider the Adequacy Determination under the Minnesota Environmental Policy Act in early September 2025.
