Metro Transit Program Aims To Raise Diversity Among Mechanics

There are more than 400 mechanic technicians at Metro Transit. More than half of them are over the age of 50, and finding replacements for them isn't easy.  So to help, Metro Transit developed a program to train the next generation of mechanics.  Angela Davis shows what they're doing to recruit a diverse pool of applicants.
