Public feedback is essential to designing the METRO Blue Line Extension. While the four cities in the corridor gave their approval to the preliminary plans for the project last fall, discussions about the design of the Lowry Avenue Station on the border of Minneapolis and Robbinsdale continued. The feedback and discussion of the eight different design approaches highlighted two leading options. Option A Option H The final selection on which option to build will be made by the Blue Line Extension Project Decision Board, made up of Hennepin County Commissioners and Met Council members. They will meet to address the issue on February 19, 2025. Evaluation of park impacts will continue to be coordinated with the MPRB throughout the design process. Posted In:
