    • Approval for Change Order 0455 to the Civil Construction Contract for an increase in the allowance for freight rail maintenance activities, resulting in the use of project contingency funds in the amount of $855,000.

    • Approval of the use of contingency funds in the amount of $210,000,000 to negotiate and execute a Settlement Agreement with Lunda McCrossan JV.
