the Public Comment sheet and the Co-Chairs will recognize each speaker. Speakers will be

given up to 2 minutes to address the Advisory Committee and will be called in order of signin.

After ten minutes, any additional speakers may address the Advisory Committee

following the completion of the meeting agenda.
