The Metropolitan Council is receiving public comment on the proposed 2025 Public Housing Agency five-year and annual plans. A public hearing for the plans is set for Monday, Aug. 19.
The Public Housing Agency Plan is a guide to public housing agency policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting the housing needs of very low- and extremely low-income households. The plan is intended to be a convenient source of information for program participants, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and people in the Twin Cities region. The plan is prepared according to the format required by HUD.

The Draft 2025 Public Housing Agency Plan and the 2024 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan are available for review here by clicking on the Metro HRA tab, the annual and five-year plans heading.
