Maplewood’s Keller Regional Park to get $709,000 facelift

Ramsey County Parks and Recreation received a grant of $709,000 in state and Metropolitan Council bond funds to make improvements to Keller Regional Park in Maplewood through the year 2020.

The funds, solicited through the Metropolitan Council, will pay for trail rehabilitation as well as improvements of the archery range, playground, the Keller Lakeside parking lot, the Keller Golfview parking lot, and entrance signage.

The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday voted to allow the county manager to solicit contractors as needed.
