After a month of discussion and deliberation the community members who participated in DREAMNorth have laid out their vision of how the Blue Line Extension can benefit North Minneapolis. This community-led process imagined how the Blue Line Extension can benefit the people in the communities it will serve and explored opportunities for design and development.
