  • Approval of the Hopkins Rail Support Facility Contract (Contract 23P171) with Shaw-Lundquist Associates, Inc. resulting in the use of contingency funds in the amount of $14,141,521.82. 

4.     Resolution 24-ECCB-013 Approval 

  • Approval of the Change Order 092 to the Systems Construction Contract to revise TPSS-SW308 from Type 4 TPSS to Type 1 TPSS resulting in the use of project contingency funds in the amount of $1,104,634.63
