  1. Minutes from April 12, 2024 Approval  
 
  • Approval of the Change Order 086 to the Systems Construction Contract for the Below Deck Signal-Communications Raceway at the 5th Avenue & 7th Street Bridge (Bridge 27C18) resulting in the use of project contingency funds in the amount of $933,127.96.  
 
  • Approval of the Change Order 062 to the Systems Construction Contract to upsize the Auxiliary Power Transformer (APT) from 50kVA to 100kVA at certain Traction Power Substation (TPSS) locations and to add a secondary feed from the TPSS to adjacent signal houses and/or cut section cases resulting in the use of project contingency funds in the amount of $450,166.45. 
 
  • Approval of the Change Order 0977 to the Civil Construction Contract to continue geotechnical, noise, and vibration monitoring at the CICA Building resulting in the use of project contingency funds in the amount of $602,184.00.  
 
  • Approval of the Change Order 0979 to the Civil Construction Contract for Kenilworth Secant/Sheeting Wall Transitions Jet Grouting resulting in the use of project contingency funds in the amount of $453,986.90.
