Fourth Incinerator Design Build Construction

The design build process starts with selecting the design builder and establishing cost based on the design build proposals. Preliminary drawings are started which then move into construction drawings. Different construction drawing packages can be completed at different times to allow for parts of the project (earthwork for example) to begin before other parts to expedite construction. This phase of the project ends with the fourth incinerator operational.
