LCA: Participating Communities

To compete for Livable Communities grants, a community must elect to participate in the Local Housing Incentives program established by the Metropolitan Livable Communities Act (LCA) as well as negotiate with the Metropolitan Council to establish a set of goals for affordable and lifecycle housing (pdf). There are currently 95 Twin Cities communities participating in LCA programs. See a map of participating communities (pdf).
