We are analyzing pedestrian crash, and other relevant data, to develop recommendations to guide effective infrastructure investments and improvements. The goal is to reduce and ultimately eliminate pedestrian deaths and serious injuries from traffic crashes in the metropolitan planning organization planning area.

2021 Regional Bicycle Transportation Network Facility Guidelines and Measures Study

This study will develop recommended quantifiable measures and guidelines for their application to assist Met Council in evaluating proposed RBTN corridors and alignments, and provide planning-level recommendations for preferred facility treatments on RBTN alignments in urban, suburban, and rural areas hosting the RBTN.
