Working together to improve transit in the Twin Cities

The Metropolitan Council is the lead agency developing the Southwest LRT Project. Many public and private partners are working together with the Council to make this project a reality by contributing funding, oversight and expertise.

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA)

The Counties Transit Improvement Board (CTIB)

CTIB has committed $516.5 million and $11.75 million share of Certificates of Partcipation. www.mnrides.org
