Near Shady Oak Lake and the border between Hopkins and Minnetonka, the proposed Shady Oak Station would provide transit access to recreational activities as well as employers and residential areas.
The planned Shady Oak Station, above, will be connected to a large park-and-ride lot. Trees will be planted in the foreground to provide shade and enhance the area.
