DBE & Workforce Advisory Committee
The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise & Workforce Advisory Committee serves to collaboratively advise the Metropolitan Council that oversees construction contractors’ efforts towards compliance with DBE Small Business and Workforce participation requirements during construction.
