Twin Cities Transit System Performance Evaluation

The Twin Cities Transit System Performance Evaluation is the Council's review of the performance of the regional transit system. It includes

  • a description of transit providers in the region 

  • performance statistics on both a regional and system level

  • a comparison to peer regions

  • a summary of capital investments, and

  • a summary of transit's impacts on highways.
