The Minnesota Technical Assistance Program (MnTAP) is an outreach program at the University of Minnesota that helps businesses develop and implement solutions that prevent pollution at the source, maximize efficient use of resources, and reduce energy use and costs to improve public health and the environment.

This program implements projects that address emerging drinking water supply threats, provides cost-effective regional solutions, leverages inter-jurisdictional coordination, supports local implementation of water supply reliability projects, and prevents degradation of groundwater.
