Water Rates

The Met Council, in conjunction with CDM Smith consultants, completed a project to collect and report data regarding water rates and rate structures in the seven-county metro area. Because of interest in regional water supplies and water supply planning, we are providing this information.

The Met Council is not a water supplier. The regional planning process has been designed and applied to ensure local water suppliers have control of and responsibility for their water supply systems.
