Survey, System Report & 2030 Plan
The Council and Metro Transit collaborate with regional transit partners, county governments, and state-level DOTs to conduct an annual regional park-and-ride survey, which tracks facility use and emerging travel patterns by park-and-ride users across the Twin Cities region. Survey results are described in an annual park-and-ride system report and used to develop a long-range Park-and-Ride Plan.
This document was adopted by the Metropolitan Council May 26, 2010, replacing a 2005 Park-and-Ride plan.
