Blue Line Extension Municipal Consent Process
The Metropolitan Council (Council), Hennepin County Board of Commissioners and the Hennepin County Regional Railroad Authority (HCRRA) will hold a joint public hearing on the physical design component of the preliminary design plans for the METRO Blue Line Extension as part of the municipal consent process set forth in Minnesota Statutes section 473.3994.

Because quorums of the Metropolitan Council and Blue Line Extension Project Decision Board may attend this public hearing but will not be transacting business, this hearing is publicly noticed as special meetings of the Metropolitan Council and of the Blue Line Extension Project Decision Board.

The locations and dates of these hearings will be posted on the cities' websites and will be listed below. Cities are responsible for scheduling and hosting the meetings below.
