Online Reporting

The Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) Industrial Online Reporting System (IORS) is a CROMERR-compliant web-based reporting system that allows permitted industrial users to electronically submit reports, permit renewal applications and annual statements to MCES.

To meet CROMERR regulations, we require each individual to create their own IORS account. We do not allow sharing accounts.
