Overview

The Regional Solicitation is a competitive process where federal funds are allocated to local governments, state agencies, and transit providers to fund regional transportation needs. Below are the approved applications, applications submitted, and projects awarded by Regional Solicitation year.
 

2018

In 2018, 136 projects were submitted for federal funding through the 2018 Regional Solicitation process, for approximately $200 million in available federal funds. Every submitted application is available on the 2018 Applications page.

2016

In 2017, 63 projects were selected for federal funding through the 2016 Regional Solicitation process, allocating $223 million in federal funds in 44 different cities and townships, in all seven counties in the region.  Every submitted application is available on the 2016 Applications page.
