Raymond Zeran
Zeran is political director of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 292, in Minneapolis. He chairs the Committee on Political Education of the Minneapolis Building and Construction Trades Council and is a member of the Anoka County Workforce Development Board.
Biography
Raymond Zeran lives in Coon Rapids and represents District 9. The district includes the cities of Andover, Anoka, Bethel, Coon Rapids, East Bethel, Ham Lake, Nowthen, Oak Grove, Ramsey, and St. Francis in Anoka County.

“At the policy level, I think transportation, especially building out transit, is a key issue, and that renewable energy will only become more important in the future. Zeran has a bachelor of science degree from Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa. He enjoys doing volunteer work and supporting young people interested in pursuing careers in his profession.
